INDIVIDUAL LEARNING PLAN

Sally’s team have met to develop her Individual Learning Plan. The following are some goals
from her plan:

1. Sally will consistently name the letters S, L, A, M, C when written by the teacher on the classroom board or in Sally’s workbook over three different days.
2. Sally will sit on the mat during news time and listen to one other child’s story over 3 different days.
3. Sally will roll play doh into a round ball and a sausage shape over three consecutive mornings.

These goals are worked on in addition to ensuring Sally is included in the learning and social activities of the classroom and school.
